THE KEYNOTE
TALK
A unique and inspirational keynote talk that has been described as a wake up call to life. It focuses on the importance of joy in our lives by implementing small but significant changes within us. This talk is like no other and it uses music, movement and mindset tools that people can use to feel better instantly. Sarah demonstrates techniques that change the way we use our body, our breath and our brain. By implementing these changes, the group leaves this talk motivated to harness a more meaningful life.
THE WELLNESS
MENU
My Conference Wellness Programme offers a curated menu of short, impactful sessions (2-15 minutes) strategically categorised into three areas: ENERGISE, FOCUS, DE-STRESS. My signature sessions are seamlessly integrated throughout the day at critical points, such as pre-lunch or post-breakout sessions, to maximise impact and minimise disruption. Conference organisers can choose from popular sessions such as “The Zen Zone”, “The Morning Zinger” and “The Feel Good Finale” that include components of Chair Yoga, breathing techniques, visualisation and guided relaxation. They boost alertness, sharpen concentration and retention, and reduce anxiety and stress.
Prior to the event, I provide expert guidance, working closely with your team to identify the optimal session timings and develop a customised wellness strategy that aligns perfectly with your conference objectives. This personalised approach ensures that the programme enhances the overall delegate experience, leading to increased engagement, improved focus, reduced stress, and a more memorable and positive event for all attendees.
Included with the full day package, I act as a dedicated wellness advisor, providing personalised support to delegates on-site, addressing their individual needs and ensuring their well-being throughout the conference.
