Create the Ultimate Conference Experience
After working in corporate wellness events for over a decade, Sarah understands that delegates benefit most from a wide range of wellness sessions throughout a conference. She has developed a series of wellbeing sessions that are ideal at key times of the day. These sessions are short yet very effective sessions that slot in perfectly to the conference schedule.
Upon making contact with Sarah, a call will be set up to go over the outline and objectives of the conference. From here, she will advise the best plan based on her choice of wellness options in order to ensure the ultimate conference experience for all involved.
An example of Sarah’s conference wellbeing offerings on a sample day:
1) MORNING ZINGER
Kickstart the event with a short morning session to energise the group and set a positive tone for the day. A combination of Chair Yoga and breathing techniques will wake up the room, creating an uplifting team building experience as well.
2) POST BREAK RECHARGE
A 5 minute mindfulness exercise that teaches breathing and mindfulness techniques to rebalance the nervous system. This session focuses the group after a coffee break and leaves the delegates with more vitality and less stress, while also providing them with helpful take home tools to use in their lives.
3) WELLNESS KEYNOTE TALK
A unique and inspirational keynote talk that has been described as a “wake up call” to life. It focuses on the importance of joy in our lives by implementing small but significant changes within us. This talk is like no other and it uses music, movement and mindset tools that people can use to feel better instantly. Sarah demonstrates techniques that change the way we use our body, our breath and our brain. By implementing these changes, the group leaves this talk motivated to harness a more meaningful life.
4) UPLIFTING CHAIR YOGA SESSION
A 10 minute Chair Yoga session that is set to upbeat music. It focuses on releasing aches and pains caused by sitting for long periods of time, specifically working on the neck, shoulders, back and hips. This afternoon session is essential since energy levels are usually the lowest at this point. Delegates return to the schedule with more focus and energy
5) FEEL GOOD FINALE
The perfect ending to a long day of meetings and presentations. This relaxing session will recharge and rejuvenate the group before delegates go onto their evening social events. It also helps to anchor in the information from the conference and prevents overwhelm from sensory overload.
*This is a sample agenda but Sarah has many other workshops and holistic classes to choose from
